In der Neuropädiatrie werden sämtliche neurologische Erkrankungen bei Kindern und Jugendlichen von der Geburt bis zu einem Alter von 18 Jahren diagnostiziert und behandelt und die Patienten langfristig betreut. Dies erfolgt im Rahmen stationärer Aufenthalte oder ambulant im Sozialpädiatrischen Zentrum. Um Kindern mit diesen komplexen Problemen gerecht werden zu können, wird im Team zusammen mit Kinderneurologen, Psychologen, Physiotherapeuten, Diätassistentinnen und neurophysiologischen Assistentinnen gearbeitet.
